What this site does with your details

This site collects as little as it can. There is no advertising, no tracking across other websites, and no cookie banner, because there are no tracking cookies to consent to.

What is collected, and why
If you sign up for the letter, the site stores the name and email address you type into the form, so that the letter can be sent to you. That is the only personal data this site collects. It is not sold, rented or shared for anyone else’s marketing.
Who processes it
The letter is sent with MailerLite, which stores subscriber details on its own systems as a processor on Dalia Lane’s behalf. Their privacy terms are published at mailerlite.com.
How long it is kept
Until you unsubscribe. Every letter carries an unsubscribe link, and using it removes you from the list.
Your rights
You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, and it will be done. Write to [email protected]. This applies under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection and, where it applies to you, the GDPR.
Cookies and measurement
This site sets no cookies. It uses Cloudflare Web Analytics and Google Analytics, both with cookies switched off, to count visits and email sign-ups anonymously, such as which pages are viewed, how quickly they load and how many people join the list. Google Analytics does not store your IP address, and its advertising features are turned off. Neither tool identifies you or follows you to other websites.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which keeps short-lived server logs including IP addresses for security and abuse prevention.
